We know you have many options for repairing your device. With those options also comes a huge gap in quality of parts and service. There are multiple types of parts available for iPhone repair, ranging from China copy, Aftermarket LCD and Glass, Refurbished, and Original. Many stores may offer cheaper prices for repair, but with that also comes cheaper part quality (weaker glass and LCD, touch sensitivity issues, lackluster brightness and color reproduction, ect). Rest assured we use only original quality parts for the highest satisfaction and proven results.

Third party repair is an independent entity that repairs outside of the manufacturer(Apple) infrastructure.  This allows you a much cheaper option than going directly through the Apple repair chain.  I have been repairing devices before the iPhone 3G, with tens of thousands of devices repaired.

The iPhone uses a glass display that is very prone to cracking upon a hard drop. We offer multiple brands of cases to protect your device. Almost all repairs can be done with-in an hour localy, but worst case scenario it will be done overnight due to a high volume of repairs. We offer free loaner phones if a longer repair time is expected. Don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment, all appointments on screen repairs will be fixed in an hour or less!

Unfortunately, when you break your glass/LCD screen or get your phone wet, your warranty is no longer valid through Apple. The LCD’s that are replaced are OEM (original equipment manufactured quality) and tested, they will come with a 90 day limited warranty that does not cover water or physical damage.

Most people do not realize the retail cost of an iPhone. When you sign an agreement with your carrier, you are paying the full retail of your device over 24 months. If you do not have insurance or are available to renew, Apple retails the iPhone starting at $600 all the way up to $1400 depending on the size.

Apple will replace your device (with a refurbished phone) for a fee of $250 -$650. For less expense, a much faster turn around, no need to transfer data and set up a new device, it only makes sense to get the same quality repairs from me!
